EIFL GARIBALDI is a real estate company. Our purpose is to acquire property and property rights, and to own, administer and operate the assets we hold. We do this for our own account, which keeps decisions close to the buildings and the people who use them.
We can acquire by purchase, by exchange, by contribution or by other lawful means. This flexibility lets us look at each opportunity on its own terms, rather than fitting every transaction into a single mould.
Once a property belongs to us, we stay involved. We administer it, let it, follow the lease through its life and handle the day-to-day matters that come with ownership. Tenants and partners deal with the company that owns the property, and they know who to contact.
Our approach is practical and plain. We keep records in order, communicate in writing, and answer enquiries sent to our Limoges office.

From signature to renewalWe follow each lease through its term: terms and dates, rent follow-up, notices and renewals. Occupants receive clear written communication and a named point of contact.

The work behind the assetProperty needs steady administration: documents, correspondence, upkeep coordination and record keeping. We handle these matters in-house so that the holding stays organised and traceable.
